Thankful Thursday

Hello everyone, sweet blessings to you all. I am so very happy to be here at my computer tonight. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good. Never doubt that my friends. Monday afternoon, lovebug took me to my doctor appointment. I was feeling very weak, tired, and was having trouble breathing. The doctor said I still had a very severe UTI infection, which was causing my blood sugars to be very out of control. He said I was walking a very thin line of being in diabetic acidosis. That is why I was weak, tired, and could not breathe very well. So, he sent me home with stronger medicines. Before we got home, lovebug had to pull over twice so I could throw up. I have not been able to eat, or drink, due to so much stomach pain and nausea. After we got home, I threw up all night. Tuesday, I was so sick, and tired. I continued to throw up. Yesterday, the sickness continued, thankfully, I only threw up once yesterday. Today, I have not thrown up once, and was able to eat and drink a little. The pain in my stomach is gone, I am still weak, and tired, but that is to be expected. Praise God for seeing me through this storm, I was close to death, but He brought me through. Diabetes was defeated once again, my God is the ultimate winner. I love You my Healer, I love You. I love you my friends, and I am so happy to be here.

Oh, Denise, what trials your health is putting you through! I am so thankful that your **kissing bandit** (I told you he'd always be that now!) is so faithful and takes care of you and that the Great Physician -- well, of course HE is in complete control!

I've just said a prayer for you, my friend, and will keep you in my heart.

God is so good and yes as a diabetic this is a battle for our lives. I lost my father to diabetis and a few years ago found out that I had the same thing and then my son was diagnosed with it. I know the Lord will help us fight our battle as well as I am sure he helps you fight. Glad you are home and hopefully you will start feeling better. Thanks for visiting my blog
