Legacy Moments-Peace

My sweet friend Marsha started a new meme Tuesday, sorry this is late, but I really wanted to participate. Here is what she says about the new meme: Starting tomorrow, each Tuesday I will post a Legacy Moment that is connected to our focus word, and how we can apply it to our lives, and hopefully inspire those around us. Then, join me in sharing how you have, or desire to leave a legacy in others through your life in the area of our focus word. The focus word this week was peace. : Sweet, sweet peace falling down from our precious Father. I have been gifted over and over with the peace only my Father can offer. I pray that through my life, I can show others that no matter how rough the waters of your life may become at times, the Master of the sea is swimming beside you. When He says to the waters, "Peace, Be Still", they have to obey. I am so glad that I know the Peace Speaker.

Denise, this is such a beautiful and comforting thought, that the waters must be stilled at His voice!

How hard it is, sometimes, to hear His voice amid the chaos. How beautiful His voice when once we become still and hear it, and cannot resist but obey it.

Hi Denise!
What a great meme!!

When I read your posts, I know sometimes you are in physical pain, but yet I can sense the peace you have through it all. Only the Lord can do that for us! It really is encouraging, and I know it ministers to other women as well.

HUGS to you sweet friend!
Alicia

When the waves get rough and wind is up my Jesus asleep in the boat is enough. For me to put my trust in him....Jesus brings peace within.

Blessings Denise...Beautiful PEACE!
Only that which the Father gives, the world cannot take away from you! Ohhh Denise...you do show others exactly what you HOPED that as tough & rough your health battles have been and other situations, you share these "waves" with us truthfully yet you seem to show that PEACE!!! You do shine Jesus! I'm so glad He is your Life Saver...I love how precious you put that He is right there! Praise God!

May you always sense Him beside you! May He say right now to your turbulent health & economic situation of Lovebug's work:
Peace Be still...and bring you the calm and the Lifesaver from the rough waters of your life! I treasure the PEACE & STRENGTH your words and HE gives! You are such an encouragement! Peace be with You!
