Marriage is my mission for today. Marriage is a God given gift to us, and we should handle it with much care, and prayer. After seeing the movie Fireproof, I was fired up to truly make my marriage all it can be. I am now doing the love dare 40 day challenge from the movie, hosted by chelle. Today will be day 4, and I am loving it. I am learning so much, I feel blessed. After this challenge is over, lovebug and I are going to do the six week couples study, and then lovebug is going to do the love dare 40 day challenge. We are determined to fireproof our marriage from the flames of hell. I pray that you would consider doing this challenge, you will be so glad you did. Pray Together!
Respect and honor each other!
Encourage each other to grow together!
Read the Bible together as much as possible!
Be swift to hear & slow to speak!
Make time to communicate with each other!
Protect and honor your marriage vows!
Do not let others come between your marriage!
Have a "Mission Statement" for your Marriage & Family!
Thank God everyday for your Mate & the Life you have together!
Understand that "love" is a choice, not a feeling!(You must choose everyday to Love your mate)

Good tips. No matter how our disagreement got started or who is at fault, the prince and I alway make up before going to bed.
I love this: "Thank God everyday for your Mate & the Life you have together!" And that love is a gift! It should be cultured, saved, and cherished for years to come.---kinda like a 'favorite gift' Y'know?
