Live Well Wednesdays

Hello everyone, hope your journey to wellness is going great for you. My journey continues to be filled with many pot holes, and alot of dangerous curves, but I am journeying on. I refuse to stop, and sit down on the sideline of my life. I want to be an active participant in my life, not a casual observer. I am going to exercise, even if it is a few steps at a time daily. I am going to eat foods that are good for me, not bad. I am going to give diabetes a true workout, it better be prepared. Blessings to all of you.

When we all get to heaven and the Lord is handing out crowns, one of yours will be for perserverance, my friend! I'm so thankful for your testimony of faith and endurance. I love you.

thanks for all your encouragement Denise, and I wanted to let you know I find it inspirational to read about how you keep chugging on. Day by day, it's the best way to do it!

Sweet Denise,

I LOVE your "I'm gonna get you diabetes" attitude! You're so precious! With your attitude in Christ, well...if I were the diabetes, I'd certainly "watch out!" *smiles*

Bless you dear sister,
Sunny

Well that sounds like a plan! How was your exercise today? My MIL as well as other folks with diabetes have told me that "You have to control your diabetes and not let it control you!" Makes sense to me!
