Thankful Thursday-Peace

Peace, sweet peace. There is nothing more precious than the peace of God. When I am not feeling well, sick again due to my diabetes, like right now, He whispers sweet peace in my ears. When I have hellish nightmares that cause me to wake up screaming, He wraps me in sweet peace. Whenever my world is shaken, He surrounds me with the peace that surpasses all understanding. He sweetly pours His peace upon every area of my life daily, and I praise Him for that. His peace flows through me like a calm river, such a wonderful feeling. I pray peace would wave like a banner over all of you. Be blessed my friends.

That is so very true. I am sorry that you have such extreme nightmares. I just laid with my 3 year old last night as she was crying. We think she had a bad dream as well. How amazing that we can go to God anytime.

Oh Sis , I am so sorry that your struggling . It is tough to have nightmares. Fear is a tormentor. Try preaching in your dream telling them the word and the what for. Replacing the message of the dream with the truth of the picture . If it is fear of death well let go and choice to not be afraid of it. Sounds strange to say out loud but in everything we do have a choice. You are not your brother, Your mother or any one but you. You are his girl tendered and loved . The health stuff may be causing the dreams like a medical hallucination .
Today is a new day. Thinking on this day , the things you have learned and seen in him. The things you have heard in him.
I have walked this Denise, Not exactly , not with diabetics but with the recovery stuff. Sis You are loved. Casting all your cares upon him one by one.
God I am afraid of...
When the recall of the dream gets in your face, turn your face and replace it with beauty.
Look in a mirror and see the beauty search ofr it in your eyes. It is there resounding to be heard. He is there look for him within you for the Holy Spirit is within you reaching to comfort and strengthen you in suffering holding your face in the palm of his hand.
Loving you

I'm so sorry that you are battling so much but your words of peace truly given by Our Lord will carry you through...may He lift you from the troubles diabetes is bringing and fill you with dreams in place of those nightmares. Your words speak Peace to me just as HIS WORD restores you to peace and love. Thanks so much for your faithful visits and uplifting comments. Denise, First of all, thanks for stopping by my place.

Second, it sounds like you and I have almost the exact same sentiments about God's peace and the areas and times He has shown us such peace. Amen to everything you said Sister!!

You were praying that I feel better, well, right back at you! I pray that you feel better too. Maybe you and I will get over the "sick hump" this week, and have even more to praise Him about when it's all over. Here's to praising Him, even in our infirmities. We love you Lord!!

I pray for you Denise, that you know and experience God's peace during the storms of your life, and that God will use your circumstances to reach out to others in similar circumstances.

Praying that you feel well again soon!

Thank you for lifting up prayers for Madeline's healing, when you yourself are not feeling well. My turn tonight to bless you with prayers of strength and healing. God used an army of people to pray today and really did give us a miracle. I posted an update and wanted to thank you for being part of her answer today.
