Miracle Monday

Hello everyone, welcome to another miracle Monday. I want to share today about the miracle of precious love. My husband and I have been married for almost 24 years, and I love him more than I ever thought I could possibly love another. Since we have been married, he has seen me through so much. I have diabetes, and several other illnesses. He is so amazing at taking care of me. I have thyroid disease, and it caused me to lose my hair. It kept getting thinner, and thinner. So, back in June, my husband shaved my head for me. It was very emotional for both of us, broke our hearts. But, it also brought us even closer. He shaved my head on Friday, June 6. On Sunday, June 8 my big brother passed away from diabetes. I had to go to the funeral home, and funeral wearing a bandanna on my head. Some of the people there were really rude to me about the way I looked. I have been feeling very self-conscious about how I look. People stare at me, and make comments about me when we go out. But, my husband has helped me so much. He constantly tells me that I am sexy, beautiful, gorgeous, precious. He said that he is the luckiest man in the world to be married to me. My husband, and his amazing love are my miracle. Thank You dear Lord.

Even though I do not know if I would know you face to face.....you ARE beautiful. It come beaming through your words and it touches the spirit of others.
I am glad that we get to see God in action. A God that knew what you would need and provided it in advance.
I am sorry that this earth can be so cruel. I know it must hurt your heart so. One day we will leave all this behind and we will be perfect as He is perfect. Till then....when you see those people being rude...you just give them the biggest smile and let them know...you are loved.
I love you girl

Denise,
Your husband is definitely a man after God's own heart. And you, well, you are beautiful. I have a hard time understanding those that I call members of the "mean girl club" too but you know what...God is not done with them yet. We are all being perfected. When you look in the mirror continually tell yourself that "you are a princess of the King" and "you are beautiful" because you are!!!

Your husband sounds like a wonderful man.

I'm sorry people can be so rude. Unfortunately, our culture places too much emphasis on outward appearances.

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.
-Philippians 4:11

You are such a beautiful example of this bible verse!

Have a blessed week!

I admire you and your husband. You have accepted the loss of your hair with dignity and grace. Your husband is a true hero for recognizing that beauty is more than what can be seen on the surface. He has eyes to see the beauty of your soul.

May the Lord bless you with continued courage and strength.

I love to read the miracles of your life.

The most important thing is not the frame but the picture! And your picture is beautiful!

I love your husband!! He sounds so much like my husband Jim. Even though I am as the doctors say, morbidly obese, he tells me I am beautiful and sexy! We have the best husbands in the world! I sure wish we lived closer so we could visit one another!
I understand the feelings of staring people; with my weight I get so many strange looks. God bless you my dear! I love you!

Stupidity is what those people have when they make fun of you!! I do not understand people. You are so fortunate to have a hubby just like mine. No matter what we look wonderful to them. That is the way it should be. God was good to both of us to give us these great husbands.

I am ALWAYS touched when I see a couple just loving on each other. Being married to someone who loves us regardless is a miracle and how sweet to honor your husband. I bet you could bedazzle some of those bandanas and really show off your new look. I thought if I ever lost my hair that is what I would do. Blessings to you Denise.
