At The Well Mondays

The topic today is: Marriage - Building Up Your Spouse, and the discussion question is :How well do you sweet-talk your spouse? Now, sweet-talking my spouse is something I love to do. As most of you know, my husband Eddie, is also known as my lovebug. He is also my best half, not better half. He is my precious one, my forever love, my best friend, my soul mate, my all in all, my shelter, my prince charming, and I could go on and on. I love him beyond words, and I choose to let the words that come forth from my mouth uplift him, never tear him down. I speak lovingly to his face, as well as his back. Meaning, he can trust me with his heart, I never speak against him to others. As a matter of fact, when I talk about him to others, I tend to go on non-stop about his virtues. He is my favorite subject, always. I love being a cheerleader for my lovebug. Go lovebug!!

each visit! Bless you & your lovebug! It is so encouraging to hear words of uplifting praise for your husband! He is so fortunate to have such a blessing to share his life! You deserve many more years of wedded bliss for the way you love and speak well of him. I think it is grand that you rever and speak of his virtues. I too love that you this the best!

You know, you have really got me to thinking. Do I praise my Dearly Beloved as much to his face as I do to others. I think I've got the "to others" down, but I have to reconsider the "to his face" part.

Hm.
