Live Well Wednesdays


Hello my sweet friends, hope this day finds you all doing really well. Have you had a good week? I pray that you have. Remember, even if you are not losing weight every week, that is ok. As long as you continue trying to live your life better, and healthier, you are a winner. Exercise as often as you can, walking is great. Taking steps to make your life better is what matters, not the numbers on your scale. Please do not become a prisoner to your scale my friends. I love you all, saying prayers for your week ahead. Be blessed, not stressed.

I have been going to CURVES now for over 3 years!! I lost a lot there at first but have found about 10 lbs of it again!! Dog gone it!!
