Thankful Thursday

Hello sweet friends, hope this week has been filled with many thankful moments for you all. I am thankful for each day that God blesses me with. We are not promised tomorrow, but we do have the promise of Gods everlasting love and care for us. My physical health is not good at all right now, but God has placed such a peace in my heart, He is so gracious to help me deal with all of it. My eyes are growing dimmer, my chest hurts constantly, my kidneys are not doing very well, but yet I am happy. It is all because of my dear Father. He gives me such a reassurance, that no matter what, He is with me. I am not scared of what the future holds, because I am truly blessed to know who is holding my future in the palm of His hand. I rejoined living well Wednesday last week, and I am so thankful that I did. I am fighting for my health, and well being. Diabetes is trying to take my life, but I refuse to allow that. God has really been speaking to my heart recently in regards to several areas of my life. I truly believe that He is asking me to commit to a 40 day prayer and fast time. I am going to listen to that sweet voice, and obey. I will start my journey this coming Sunday. I would appreciate your prayers. I am so very thankful for each one of you precious ladies, may you all be blessed beyond measure.

You are such an inspiration to me my friend and I love today's Motivation to Live Well on your blog - "Those who persist reach the finish line, while those who give up stay behind." Love that! A great book I highly recommend is called "Fasting" by Jentenzen Franklin - I think you would really appreciate it. Just be safe and know that we all love you and are praying for you!!
