Live Well Wednesday


Hello my fellow travelers on the journey to living well. Praying that everyone has had a good week. I am happy with my progress, I walked everyday except Sunday. Still drinking only water, and eating only vegetables and fruit. I have been having some problems with my diabetes, my blood sugar has dropped really low several times. I have to keep a close eye on it always. God is staying close by my side on this journey, I sure enjoy His company. Wishing everyone a happy holiday weekend, take care. Good job. Be careful...be sure to get a minimum of 15-30 carbs per meal (especially if taking meds for your diabetes). You might want to make sure you're eating startcy veggies...carrots/corn at least a little since you aren't eating any bread/sugar. (Sorry diabetic counselor coming out again). Keep up the good work!

I thrilled to read that you have had the chance to walk every day - walking is great exercise. I have been drinking mostly water too :)

Keep some oarnge juice close by, maybe you need to take a little with you on your walk just in case. Sometimes I get low blood sugar on walks, get weak and trembly and blurry.

You go girl! Way to go! I'm so proud of you. I didn't post today. I honestly just didn't think about it. The day was hectic. I still haven't lost anymore, but I'm going to continue on and continue to cut back on calories and increase my walking until the weight starts coming off again.
