Thankful Thursday

Another thankful Thursday is here, lets praise the Lord. I am very thankful for my life, with all the ups and downs, roller coaster moments, sad times, happy times, stressful times, I love my life. I love every second that the Lord blesses me with, every breathe that I take, I thank Him for. He holds my life, in the palm of His hand, that is beyond awesome. He knows how many hairs are on my head, He put them there. If they all fall out, that is ok. He created a wonderful thing called wigs, thank You for that Lord. He loves me, that totally blows me away. He is walking with me through this life, and when I need Him to, He carries me. Life is beautiful, of course it is, it was created by the Master artist.

Wow. A lot of people can't say that they love their life, especially if there are sad and stressful times. You sure have an appreciation for the life that God has given to you.

Those are definitely amazing things to be thankful for, aren't they?

I saw what some of the other ladies wrote so I went down and read about your doc visit.

I am so sorry to hear that it is progressing, but we serve a GREAT and MIGHTY physician and nothing is impossible with Him. (You know that)

My oldest is also diabetic (I think you might have known that) and we have seen some amazing turn around in his numbers and dosage this year (when it should be skyrocketing due to puberty). We are firm believers in Chiropractic care...if you can find a great chiropractor who is a godly man, who believes that God created the body to be whole and healthy he can help you (with God's grace, of course) put things back in place so God can heal.

Denise...I am not saying this will work for you, but I have seen too many amazing things happen when people go to a godly Chiropractor...my youngest was taken off ALL allergy/asthma medication and now my oldest (diabetic) is slowly lowering his dosage. I am not a doctor, but I see it changing our family.

Just a thought...

Take Care Friend,
Melissa

PS - Look up information on "Maximized Living"...it is a whole body approach.

I love visiting your blog. I am praying for you and your diabetes. My Mom has diabetes and takes shots too. She worries about it but I tell her, insulin shots have absolutely no side affects like some medicine (except for shot sites being sore). Blessings to you.

Denise,
I just read your post from yesterday. Diabetes runs in my family on both sides, from mild to severe. I am so sorry that you got the news that you did.

Dear Lord, please be with Denise each and everyday. Hold her in your arms in such a way that she has no doubt that you are present. Surround her with loving friends and family to see her through some of her more challenging days. In Jesus name I pray, Amen!
Love,
Stephanie

This is a beautiful TT post. I'm so happy that He knows me and planned my life before I was born. What a mess i would have made of it otherwise.

I love your perspective Denise. Have your health problems cause hair loss? I certainly hope not. I saw your post from yesterday. I am so sorry that your diabetes is not any better. But, with your perspective and faith, you have all you need. God is stronger than blood sugar and all of the other problems. Keep looking up girl. He's got a plan!!

This is a beautiful post. You have a great way with words. Thanks for visiting my place. Come over again some time. My mom is also diabetic. I completely understand the roller coaster. That is how my life has been since Oct.07. Life is hard sometimes but, you are right it is created by the Master artist. Thanks for the reminder.

Denise, what a beautiful post and a beautiful heart you have. Lord, I lift up Denise to you. I thank you, God that you are the God of compassion and the Father of all comfort. I thank you that you are watching over Denise and walking with her. Lord, I do lift up her hair to you and ask, God that this new medication will not cause any hair loss. Lord, I pray for healing of Denise's body. I pray for the peace that passes all understanding. I thank you, God that she has a wonderful and thankful attitude. I pray that you continue to strengthen her faith. I pray blessings over her and her family. Thank you, God!
