Four Foods On Friday

I found this meme at http://funcraftsandrecipes.com/ Here are this week’s four questions.
#1). What’s your favorite fruit? Watermelon #2.) What is the one spice in your kitchen you use more than any other? Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend #3.) Pudding. Instant, stove top, or premade?Instant #4.) Share a recipe using potatoes. Baked Potato Casserole-Ingredients:
6-8 large baking potatoes
1 pkg softened cream cheese
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 8oz container of sour cream
4 pieces of cooked crumbled bacon Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare potatoes as you would to make "baked potatoes"
In large bowl combine cream cheese, moz cheese, and sour cream. Mix well
When potatoes are done dice into bite sized pieces and line the bottom of a greased 9x13 cake pan with layer of potatoes.
Top with 1/2 crumbled bacon mixture
Top with cream cheese mixture, try to spread it out evenly
Repeat the potato layer, bacon, and cream cheese
Cover with foil, and bake 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake 15 minutes uncovered.
Enjoy
