Ten Week Exercise Committment


Well, I did not do very good this week with my exercise. I have had quite a few sick days that I have had to deal with this week. My blood sugars are running really high again, and it wears me out. Also my nerve damage in my stomach is getting worse, and it is causing me really bad pain. But, I am trying my best to push on through. I walked 3 days this week for 45 minutes each day. That gives me a total of 135 minutes of exercise this week.

Boy, a bad week. Guess that I should have been praying more for you. There are so many people right now that need pray. It is so awful that so many many people are having so many problems. All of them only God can help them with!! This is our 44th wedding anniversary today. Wow..many years and they went by so fast too. Sandy
