Are you perfect my friend? I know I am far from perfect, I make mistakes daily. But, I do not dwell upon them, that is a total waste of time. I ask God to forgive me for the mistakes that I make, and to please grant me the wisdom to never make those mistakes again. Sure, I fall down, but I do not stay down. I reach my hand out to my Father, and He gently pulls me back up on my feet, wipes me off, and lovingly corrects me. Correction is a good thing, it keeps me traveling down the straight and narrow road that will eventually lead to my heavenly home. So, do not give up just because you mess up, this is life, everyone is going to mess up. God loves you, and He will forgive you. He will help you to start over, He will give you all the tools needed to live a good life. Consider this, the first day of your life, now live it pleasing your Father.

Boy, in my life time I am so thankful God is willing to correct and forgive. So many times I've been taken to the wood shed. But, it has made me the person I am today. I still mess up and He still forgives. Praise God.
Messing up..Yeap i know all about that one!! I have messed up a lot lately but I know that i will learn from these mistakes and that God does forgive me too!!

You said something that I need to take to heart today: when you fall down you don't stay down. I often stay down there feeling sorry for myself instead of brushing myself off and getting back up again.
