In Other Words Tuesday

"The purpose of Christianity is not to avoid difficulty, but to produce a character adequate to meet it when it comes. It does not make life easy; rather it tries to make us great enough for life."~ James L. Christensen ~ God never promised us that our lives would be carefree, but He did promise to always be there to show us a way through our difficult times. I am grateful for the hard times, they make the easy times, even sweeter. God is refining me as I walk through the fire, He is building my character. I praise Him for the storms in my life, they always make the rainbows more beautiful.

How true are your words!!!

That is one reason why I LOVE big thunderstorms...they make awesome rainbows. ;-)

When we travel through the dark valleys, the light seems so much brighter when we come to the other side.

Thanks so much for sharing.
