Today, I am joining fit 4 life Fridays. I have lost weight since January 2006, back then I weighed 250. I now weigh 189, but I was weighing 172. So, since being sick recently, and changing several of my medications, I have gained 17 pounds. I am committing to getting healthier. I have set some goals for myself. They are:1) Lose weight 2)Exercise 3)Be spiritually fit. 4.Keep myself prayed up. Here is what I will be doing to reach those goals: I am on a diabetic&heart healthy diet. I will be walking everyday, and exercising with stretch bands. I will be starting my day with prayer, and devotions. I will be fasting on Saturdays&Sundays. God is my coach and my biggest cheerleader. This new lifestyle starts in the morning. I will keep you updated every Friday.
