Exercise is very important for your health, for various reasons. We should all be doing some type of exercise daily to improve our health, and hopefully add years to our life's. Eddie and I walk daily, we both very much enjoy it. But, have you ever thought about what the best types of exercise for your heart and soul are? Well, let me share a few with you my friends. Lift your Bible up towards heaven every morning, and praise God for His precious word, diving into Gods word will really increase your faith. Another great exercise is helping to carry one anothers burdens, lift the weight off of each others shoulders. Pray without ceasing, this will keep you healthy, and filled with joy. And, last but certainly not least, run the race that is set before you, do not give up, it will all be worth it when you reach the finish line. Your Saviour will be there to greet you with arms open wide, and He will say: Well done My faithful servant, well done. Bless you my friends.
