Hello everybody, another weigh in is here already. I hope you all had a good week, I am cheering you all on to victory. Lean to the left, lean to the right, peel your banana, and then take a bite!!! Woo Hoo!! I weighed in last week at 179, this week the scale says 178. I am so happy to have lost one pound, yea!!!
