In Other Words Tuesday

Relying on God has to begin all over again every day as if nothing yet had been done.”~C.S. Lewis~ :I rely on God daily to renew and refresh my soul, so that I may face the new challenges that life throws my way. I know that I can fully rely on Him for all my needs, whether they are small, or huge. If I were to stop relying on Him, what would He think about that? He would feel as if I no longer needed Him, and believe me, I need Him everyday of my life. God and I are in this crazy game of life together, I will continue to start each day, by relying on my precious Saviour, to see me through the new day.

"God and I are in this crazy game of life together"- isn't that the truth! It sure is a lot easier knowing you have someone on you side as you tackle the winding roads!

Great point! If we do not rely on Him, it is as if saying to him we do not trust Him.

I need Him EVERY day of my life too, Denise. Thankfully, He is there to share my burdens, tears, or joys with each time I come before Him.
Much love to you!

You always have such a sweet take on things. I loved your idea on the quote, especially what would God think? We always think of how our not relying on Him effects us, but it hurts Him too! Not that he needs us, but that He wants us!! And we were made to need Him as well. Thank you for sharing.

If I were to stop relyin on Him , what would he thin?
I have thought about that many times. It is easy for me to think how a friend that I can see would feel if I told them I had enough of their company. I would never crush someone like that. But how often do my actions say that to the Lord. Hmmm--Ouch!

I don't know what I would do without Him. I don't think I could walk through a day without His strength in my life :)
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on this week's IOW quote.

Blessings to you and yours.
