Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for:1)The fact that on Tuesdays weigh in, I did not gain any weight, or lose any. But, maintaining is good. 2) Being well enough now, to do some exercising, walking and working out with exercise bands. 3) No more chest pains at the moment, thank You Lord. 4) A praying husband. 5)Strength to carry on in this life's race. 6) A husband that is more than willing to walk with me anytime I ask him to. 7)Being able to go to the heart Doctor in July, instead of August. 8) Not being bothered by the fact that my eyebrows are almost non existent, and my hair is thinning due to major thyroid problems. Who cares?? That is what eyebrow pencils are for, and wigs if necessary!! 9)Delicious fruit salads, I love them. 10) The ups and downs of my daily life, they help to make me the woman, I am meant to be.

What a beautiful blog. I am so thankful I found your site. I am praying for you and for your health needs. It is hard to understand why things happen the way they do ~ but God's perfect plan will be the strength you need to carry on. Your song says it all...."keeping your eyes on the Lord". Beautiful. I will be back.

Denise, you loving and sweet spirit are a wonderful lesson for me each and every day. I am praying for you and God knows your spirit!! You remind me of my friend, Betty. I am so concerned for her now. She is a Christian and her cancer is now spreading all over her body. It started in her lungs last NOvember and now has spread to her brain and just yesterday we found it is in her femur of her right leg. I know that I have to be brave and help her through this. I need a lot of God's strength right now. Sandy

You always are an inspiration to me! I hear you on the eyebrows because of my own thyroid problems as you know. How are your thyroid levels? Are you on synthroid still?
