As I walked into the ICU early this morning, I saw Bonnie sitting up in bed without her ventilator tubes. I didn't hear the sounds of the alarms that had been continuiously going off the night before. She was looking at me with those big brown eyes and smiling. That was quite a surprise to me, especially after my previous visit, the night before, when she was on the ventilator and sedated. Even the doctors and nurses were quite surprised at the turn around. She still has a long way to go. Her kidneys are still not working properly and she will continue to have dialysis treatments tomorrow. Please continue to pray specifically for her kidneys to start working and for her breathing to get better. God is Good and we are so thankful to HIM. Thank you for your continued prayers for Bonnie.
