In Other Words Tuesday

"What makes life on this frightful sod so exquisite, is God's merciful propensity to perform divine tasks, amid deeply flawed people."~ Beth Moore, LPM Blog ~ I love my heavenly Father with all that I am, and I am so grateful, that He loves me, His far from perfect daughter, with all of His heart. I stumble through this world daily, and sometimes even fall, but He reaches down, picks me up, cleans me off, smiles and says, it is ok, try again Denise. He does not expect me to be perfect, He just wants me to be willing clay, in His precious hands. He wants me to be open, to the life lessons that He wants to teach me. He pours showers of mercy down upon this deeply flawed daughter, and loves me just as I am.

I love this entry Denise. Isn't it awesome that in spite of our faults He loves us anyway?

Isn't God so good to love us even though we fail?:)

Have a good night.

Oh, I rejoice with you, your flawed sister in Christ! I am thankful He takes us "Just as I am".

Denise: Your post is very beautiful in its simplicity. It is straight-forward, concise, and right on point. A masterpiece. I'm sure that the Divine is saying, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

Beautiful post. When my daughter was learning to walk I was constantly saying "that's ok, try again." Why would I expect anything less from my Father? Thank you and blessings...

Love the imagery of picking us up, cleaning us off and asking us to try again! Beautiful post!

I am praying for you! Get to the doctor my friend!

"He just wants me to be willing clay" Oh Amen, and clay is the key word, he does not want us to be brittle or harden but soft and moldable =))

I am glad that He loves us the way we are; with all our flaws and falls.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this week's quote.

Be blessed today and always.

I love the image of Him picking you back up again. It makes me think of how I always lift up my girls when they fall...even if they haven't been perfect that day. It makes me appreciate just how much He loves us.

Thanks for your wisdom-

Jenny

"He just wants me to be willing clay . . ." It really isn't asking that much, is it?

Hugs to you as you face your health issues and get some answers from the dr. May they be guided in their work with you by the merciful Spirit of the Divine Creator.

Yes, how true is this. If we are willing, He can work miracles in us, through us and for us.
