1. How current is your God? Is he up to date on all your issues or do you have old hurts you still hold behind your back? I feel that my God is very current, I praise Him for helping me to deal with my old hurts&issues.
2. Has the enemy ever told you there are situations that are 'old news' that are better left stuffed down? Or perhaps because they were so long ago they can't possibly be affecting you now?Oh yes, the enemy lurks around me everyday, he tries to pull me down in the dirt with him. But, my God keeps me uplifted.
3. In the matter of established authority, does God truly reign in your life? Where are you when He calls your name?My God does reign in my life, I try to always be listening to that still small voice, so I can be ready when He calls on me.
4. Do you ever feel God has forgotten you in your 'west side of the wilderness'?No, He never forgets me, He is always there for me.
5. Have you ever experienced a time of cleansing where God has illuminated and rejuvenated you? If not, do you find you are in need of this now? Yes, every since my dear Momma passed away last April, He has been holding me securely in the palm of His hand. If He had not illuminated, and rejuvenated me, I do not think I would have been here today.

Denise..thanks for sending me such sweet emails every morning!! You are a dear for thinking of me. Woke up this morning with a migraine but my medication was here for me!! God is good!! He works out even the small things in our lives through others!! We leave tomorrow for 2 weeks but my laptop goes with me...Sandy

one of our Anesthesiologist came into my office today to tell me about losing his mom.. and that how much God shined in his life... He was in there when they did the procedure on my dad... I told him I already am seeing all the beauty... friends like him....

I pray that you would continue to hold Denise in the palm of your hand, especially when she really misses her mom. We are never old enough or ready to lose our moms, and Lord, this hurt is so very real. I thank you for the work and fruit in Denise's life, and that she is such a witness to the rest of us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
