Are there any circumstances or relationships in your life where you can see God has intentionally placed you to be a light for Him? Yes, there are circumstances in my life where I feel God has intentionally placed me to be a light for Him. I suffered through a great amount of depression, including a battle with cutting myself, after my Mother died last April. I had to go through my deep grief, in order to get over it. God shined His light, and lead me back from the darkness. I truly feel that now, God wants me to help others who are dealing with grief, He wants me to let my light shine, and help them find their way out of the darkness. Can you honestly describe yourself as a woman with a "yes" in her spirit? I can honestly describe myself as a woman who truly wants to have a "yes" in her spirit, but I sometimes fail. Are you in an emotionally and spiritually healthy place today? Yes, I am in an emotionally and spiritually healthy place today, and I give God, all the praise and glory for leading me to this place. If so, what will you do with your series of unrecurring events? Will you commit to ask for spiritual eyes to see opportunities to defend a weaker sister? Yes, I will gladly seek opportunities to defend a weaker sister, and surround them in prayer. If no, are you taking steps to seek out wise counsel from a sister you admire, or perhaps a christian counselor if needed? If not, will you resolve to do so? After my Mother died, I began seeing a christian grief counselor. With her help, and the encouragement of my blog sisters, I was able to begin to heal.
