Well, today was the beginning of Team Denise.. My first weigh in was today, and will be every Tuesday. Was disappointed with my weigh in, I have gained five
pounds. I was weighing 143 two weeks ago, this morning the scale said, 148. But, that is ok, that is why I am starting this. I want to lose weight, and be healthier. So, I walked one hour by myself this morning, and when lovebug got home, we walked for thirty minutes. Total walking time for today-ninety minutes. I exercised with the exercise bands by myself for thirty minutes today, and with lovebug for 45 minutes. Total exercise band time for today-75 minutes. Total exercise for the day-165 minutes Woo Hoo, pretty good start. Eating for the day- Whey Berry shake for breakfast-Eas Advantedge low carb drink for lunch- Weight Watchers meal for dinner. Was a good day.

So proud of all of the exercising you are getting in. That is excellent! I know that exercising is very good for you. I am trying to push myself to do more and more. I am not where near where you are on exercising though. I will have to work up to that level.

Wow, you are way doing better than me. I am trying to exercise everyday and eat better too. You are such a good example. I think I would need a very long nap after all the minutes of exercise that you did.

A good start! I love walking...I wish it were safer to do so where I live (there are no sidewalks, and cars don't pay attention...two people have been hit and killed on our (main) road in recent years)!
