Bad Day
It was not a good day physically for me at all. I was not able to do any type of exercising today, which really upset me. I feel like a failure now, when I am not able to exercise. But, I have been dealing with a terrible headache located in the back of my head all day long, also bad dizziness, and have been very off balance. Almost feel several times today. I have an appointment to see my neurologist on June 11th. Will be so glad to see him, Dr Devlin is a wonderful, Christian man. Takes great care of me. I have a lot of questions to ask him, and things to tell him. Would appreciate your prayers. I love you all.

I am so sorry you are feeling bad...you are not a failure, in fact you are a BIG inspiration to so many people including my self. Quit, beating your self up!!! Always a pleasure to see you at my place.

Headaches scare the snot out of me. I get immobilized by the fear alone.

Hi Denise, you are NOT a failure for a bad day. We all have them, it's just part of the process. You will start again when you are feeling a bit better.
