Ouch, I need some aspirin!!
Humpty Dumpty Denise, missed the table, and fell against the door, hitting the back of my head. Talk about a head banger of a headache!! Anyone have an aspirin to spare??? When it happened, Eddie was in the kitchen, I was in the living room. Coco was also in the living room, she was the first one by my side, trying to help, but very scared and nervous. When Eddie heard me fall, and my head hit the door, he came running. I was laying in the floor, moaning from the pain in my head. Eddie was very angry, and started yelling at me. He kept saying, what did you do, what did you do?? Mean while, I am hurting, and I keep saying to him, please, just give me a minute, I really hit my head hard, and it is hurting. I tried to get up off of the floor, but could not do it by myself. So, Eddie lifted me up, and took me over to the recliner. He told me to sit there, and not to move. I know it scared him when I fell, and his fear, came out as anger. I understand, but, I have feelings, and my feelings, and my head are hurting tonight.

Oh sweetie! I'm so sorry you are in pain again. Be careful head injuries can be serious. Yes I'm sure Eddie was scared but so were you. Sending up prayers! Amy
Praying for you, Denise! I hope you are feeling better today. Hugs!
" I know it scared him when I fell, and his fear, came out as anger."
I can relate to this kind of reaction Denise. I am mostly not upset at my wife when it happens but just at her disability. When it happens I find myself apologizing and understanding how much stress I am always under.
All that said, I am mostly sad about how disability has impacted our relationship. I so love my wife and feel so bad when I react with anger. She is very understanding when we talk about it. And I do know that her experiences with disability are so different than mine. She is an amazing person.
Dogs are funny creatures! When I fell and got a concussion, my lab all but had a panic attack while licking my face. My golden paced back and forth wondering what to do. Those buggars love us but don't know what to do with us sometimes!
So sorry to hear about you hurting yourself. Hoping the pain goes away quickly.
God bless you~ Lisa :O)
Oh so sorry to hear that Denise. That was terrible. Hope you are better now.
Oh, Dear, I'm so sorry this happened to you, and that I missed your post. I pray you are better today. Love and Hugs
