Going shopping on black Friday, having all your gifts bought, and having everything you are cooking for Christmas dinner, that is not what the song is talking about.  Have you reached out to another fellow human being this season, that is really in need of a friend? Have you donated toys to needy children? Coats, or food, to needy, homeless families. Dig deep, think of others, not yourself.  Share the greatest gift of all, Jesus, and His love.
