Life Ater Strokes
Hello dear blog friends, praying for everyone, and loving you all. Well, my life after the strokes is the same, but different. I hope that makes sense. They told me I had several mini strokes, then the big one on September 4. There is a home health therapist that will be coming out to my apartment for several weeks to give me therapy. I am still leaning to the left when I walk, need help with my balance. Yesterday was a bad day for me, I could hardly walk at all, my vision was very blurry, and my left hand was giving me problems. So, when the therapist came out to see me today, and found out about all of my symptoms, she told lovebug that he needed to take me to the emergency room for a check up, just to be safe. So of course he took me right away. After they checked me, and did a few test on me, they said that I had another mini stroke in the last couple of days. It affected my legs, and my left hand a little bit, and my vision a little. But, as always God was with me, thank You Father. I am doing the 15 exercises that my physical therapist gave me to do twenty times a day, each leg, twice a day. She also wants me walking outside everyday, I am doing my best as far as that goes. Remember, when I was lovebugs helper, doing the exercises with him every night? Well, it is his turn now, he does my exercises with me, he is such an encouragement to me. May God sweetly bless him for his efforts. Please keep praying for us, things here are different, but the love is the same, and our faith is only stronger. Asking God to keep watch over all of you. I love you all bunches.

I Am Home
Praise God from whom all my blessings flow, and believe me, they continue to flow. Well, my adventure began on September 5, which was the Saturday before Labor Day. I was feeling really sick, nauseous, throwing up, and had a very bad headache. Lovebug and I were laying down, I needed to go to the bathroom. When I tried to get up out of the bed, I could not walk, Lovebug had to carry me to the bathroom. He called an ambulance, and they took me to the hospital. They ran several tests on me, including a cat scan. The Doctor came into my room, and said that the cat scan showed a possible brain tumor. They transported me by ambulance to another better equipped hospital. They ran another cat scan on me, and a MRI. They then told us that I had been having mini strokes, possibly four. That day, I had a full blown stroke in the back of my brain. It affected my balance, vision, appetite, and was the reason for all of the headaches. I was in surgical intensive care for ten days, then they moved me to a rehab hospital for ten days. I had to have physical, and occupational therapy. I am learning to walk again. My body wants to lean to the left. I got to come home Saturday, I have missed my Lovebug so much. He is so good to me, helps me with everything. God is so awesome, I give Him all the praise. He saved my life. I thank all of you for your precious prayers, and love. Please continue to pray for Lovebug, he is so stressed, as you can imagine. I very much need your continued prayers. I have a blocked artery in the back of my brain, right where I had my stroke. It is 100 blocked, because of where it is located, they cannot operate. The Doctor said all they can do is give me medicine, and pray that I do not have another stroke. God is in total control here, as always. He is carrying me, and giving me His strength. I am safe in His healing hands. I have really missed all of you, pray you are all doing well. Please take care, and be happy. I love you all.
